Method of Shambhavi Mudra:
Sit in a meditation posture and keep your back straight. Your shoulders and hands should be in a loose position. After this, keep the hands on the knees in Chimmudra, Gyan Mudra, or Yoga Mudra. You focus your eyes on one point in the front. Then try looking up. Take care that your head remains stable. Meanwhile, try to control your thoughts as well. Just keep this in mind.
