1. Prithvi Mudra
- Prithvi mudra is formed when the little finger is bent and its forearm is made circular with the tip of the thumb.
- This mudra strengthens the earth’s elements and removes physical weakness.
- To get more benefits, it should be done by sitting in Padmasana or Sukhasana with both hands.
- Increases patience and tolerance.

2. Surya Mudra
- First of all, by bending the ring finger, touch the root region of the thumb with the tip of the ring finger.
- Now the ring finger is to be pressed lightly with the thumb, in this way Agni/Surya Mudra is formed.
- This mudra should be practiced daily for 5 to 15 minutes.
- Mudras are useful for reducing weight for people suffering from obesity.

3. Jal Mudra

4. Vayu Mudra

5. Prana Vayu Mudra
- By bending the fingers of the ring finger and Kanishka and touching the tip of the thumb with the tip of these two fingers, Pranavayu mudra is formed.
- Prana Vayu remains under control by this mudra.

6. Apana Vayu Mudra
- First of all, bend the index finger and put it in the root region of the thumb.
- After this, both the ring finger and middle finger are to be turned circularly and their forefinger is to touch the tip of the thumb.
- Kanishka’s finger is to be kept straight. In this way Apana Vayu Mudra is formed.
- Apna Vayu is controlled by this mudra.

7. Shunya Mudra
- Bend the middle finger and touch the root region of the thumb with its forefinger.
- After this, lightly press the middle finger with the thumb.
- Keep the other fingers straight.
- In this way zero currency is created.
- The sky element remains under control by this mudra.
- This mudra is useful for ear pain and deafness.
